Rules and regulations for a pleasant stay
Our policies are designed to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all our guests. They include rules about pets, smoking, noise, and use of facilities.
We accept small pets for an additional fee. They must be supervised at all times and are not allowed in common areas such as the restaurant and spa.
Smoking is not allowed in any of our facilities. We have designated smoking areas outside.
We request that noise levels be kept moderate between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure all guests can rest.
The use of facilities such as the pool and gym is subject to specific hours and safety regulations indicated in each area.
General conditions of use and booking
By making a reservation, you accept our terms and conditions which include payment policies, cancellation, responsibilities and limitations of liability.
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay value is required. The remaining balance must be paid at check-in. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to arrival are non-refundable. Modifications are subject to availability.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel facilities during their stay. A credit card will be requested as a guarantee at check-in.
The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items left in rooms or common areas. We recommend using the safe available in each room.
